Background

I started a year of adventure last week, but I thought I should start out with a little back story. I’ve had an amazing life, but it hasn’t been without bumps in the road.

In my twenties, my husband and I had the opportunity to live overseas and travel a ton. Then the bad stuff happened. My mom died, my husband lost his job. Everything went black for a few years.

Then I went to law school. At 43.
